We decided to dress this up and whip cream into it, creating something like a carnivore chocolate mousse 🙏
The best thing is it’s a complete meal- no sugar and high in animal fat and protein! Who would have thought that?
To make you need:
6-8 ounces yogurt 🍦 we love sheeps yogurt but any grassfed A2 yogurt will work 😃
1 scoop equip foods chocolate collagen 🍫
2 table spoons grassfed heavy whipping cream 🥛
Strawberries 🍓 for garnish if you can have those
How to:
In a Bowl, combine the heavy cream and the collagen! Whip using a mixer until fluffy! Mix in the yogurt and top with more whipped cream and optionally strawberries 🍓
