1 lb of Flanken style short ribs πŸ₯©

Sea salt πŸ§‚

Airfryer

How to:

Preheat the airfryer to 400Β°F, pat the meat dry and arrange them on the airfryer rack. Salt heavily on each side. Airfry for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway !
