Slow Cooked Pork Tenderloin πŸ₯©

On busy week days, we’ve been loving easy slow cooker meals- set and forget, dinner is served 😍

This slow cooked pork is seasoned in a way that was inspired by one of our favorite German Chips- they are the Funny Frisch Ungarisch (Hungarian) Style potato chips, and my mom was so delighted when she figured out the seasoning blend πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚

To make you need (2-3 portions);

1.5 lbs pork tenderloin πŸ₯©- we love Apsey Farms corn and soy free pork, use code HELEN10

Cubed onion πŸ§…

Mustard

β€œChips seasoning”- salt, onion, garlic and paprika πŸ§„

Olive oil πŸ«’

Bone broth

Heavy cream to make a sauce πŸ₯›

How to:

Trim the silver skin off of your pork tenderloin , add olive oil to the bottom of the slow cooker, season the meat, rub with mustard , chop the onions , add a dash of bone broth and add everything to the slow cooker πŸ˜‹

Set it on low and cook for about 8 hours! Remove from slow cooker, strain the meat broth and add heavy cream and more spices to make a yummy sauce !

Usually a nice broth will form that is delicious with shirataki noodles

  1. of course like your website but you have to check the spelling on several of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling issues and I in finding it very troublesome to inform the reality on the other hand I will certainly come back again.

    1. Thank you for pointing that out, I’m sorry about that. I have some problems with my brain overload things. I’ll make better effort from now on. I appreciate you!
