This buttery delicacy is a wonderful substitute for mashed potatoes and goes well with meat and fish alike.
The dish is quickly made and only requires 5 ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower head (as big as you are hungry)
- Butter to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Boil the cauliflower until fork tender, add salt, pepper and parsley and purée using an immersion blender.
Stir in butter and enjoy!
