Hey everyone! Happy Tuesday! I know I donβt typically post big sales on my blog but I couldnβt help myself – the next three days, Equip is having a massive sale when you buy 3 products (and at least 2 different one)
This is the perfect time to stock up on the powders that are so so nourishing and that Iβve been using for a lot of my products. Iβm making sure to stock up on prime protein and collagen and some colostrum for my dads smoothie βΊοΈ
The special code for the next few days is: CUREEATEDBYOB and if youβre not seeing this in time my regular code is CUREEATED

Now to the recipe- This is one of my wisdom tooth concoctions π¨
I was told to stick to soft foods like jello and mashed potatoes for a few weeks, but if you know me you know that those are not in my repertoire π π«£
But I sure love pudding and lots of the nutrients in original pudding (not the boxed mix) are actually really supportive of connective tissue healing which is critical after a procedure like this π
Gelatin in pudding is rich in collagen peptides that make up bone and connective tissue. I also like to add in some glycine powder for extra sweetness- this also helps support detox since it helps build glutathione: our master antioxidant π
For creaminess I chose to go with coconut milk, but if you have access to high quality dairy to for it!
This recipe is single serve but feel free to double or triple as a meal prep π€©
My go to for this recipe is chocolate collagen, just for extra connective tissue supporting amino acids but you can opt for vanilla collagen , straight cacao powder, vanilla extract /powder, or a flavor of prime protein beef isolate also from Equip (or any other protein powder) π my code for Equip Foods is CUREEATED and it would be very kind if you use that code when you shop there to support me π
I like to add this pudding to my dessert bowl or ice cream and yogurt as well as some raw cacao powder!
Another note I want to add is that traditionally made pudding uses egg yolk and while eggs are chock full of nutrients, I prefer to consume my eggs yolks raw to preserve the fatty acids. Additionally, itβs really hard to make a foolproof pudding with egg yolks since they tend to curdle so we are going egg free π€
To make you need:
1 cup coconut milk/almond milk (look for options without additives or gums)/ A2 dairy milk π₯
1 scoop of gelatin dissolved in a little bit of milk
1 scoop chocolate collagen – my go to is Equip Foods π«
1-2 teaspoons of glycine powder
A glass jar π«
How to:
Heat up the milk slowly on the stove. In the meantime dissolve the gelatin in cool milk.
Whisk the chocolate collagen, gelatin mixture and glycine into the milk, continue to mix as it heats up.
Then pour the mixture into a glass jar and keep in the refrigerator until it sets. This should take 4-6 hours.
Enjoy! If youβre feeling fancy whip up some heavy cream or coconut cream and top with seed butter and local fruit!
