Little Wisdom Tooth Update and Spotlight for Equip Foods: my favorite sports nutrition company :)

Hi everyone,

Last Monday I got 3 wisdom teeth extracted. It was a rather complicated procedure and became of this I am very limited in what I can eat.

I know that I need to be including plenty of aminos acids and collagen peptides in my diet , since my body needs those resources to build new connective tissue and bone. However it’s very tricky to chew and I’m not a huge fan of pureed meat for every meal 🀨

I am very swollen and my jaw is very tender and sore. For this reason I’m relying very heavily on my favorite brand: Equip Foods , for nutrition! I’ve been using the products long before I became an affiliate , but if you want to support me , you can shop and use code CUREEATED to save 15%

I am using the prime protein, particularly the peanut butter flavor as of late, as well as collagen powder and colostrum to help seal up my gut after a course of antibiotics I unfortunately have to take because the surgery was so invasive. I even ordered some to Canada (where I am currently being treated) to prepare for the surgery (it was not planned).

Emergency delivery!!

Luckily , the products are so versatile I can use them in many ways:

1) unflavored collagen or prime protein in vegetable purΓ©es for easy to eat protein

2) added colostrum to ice cream bowls or yogurt. Colostrum is found in mother’s milk (this one is bovine sourced) which helps nourish the newborns gut flora.

3) clean protein powder in homemade yogurt bowls , ice cream and chia puddings – all easy to just swallow haha – I will be posting recipes to all of these in the future so stay tuned 😎

4) I also made pudding with chocolate collagen and gelatin. Collagen is especially important because my body has to rebuild lots of soft tissue and bone which are rich in collagen and gelatin!

Please excuse my ugly photos, I was in pain but had to capture the yumminess!

I’ve been loving making a blended chia pudding with peanut butter clean protein powder ! Gives rice pudding vibes. In Germany this is typically eaten with apple sauce so this hit the spot 🀌🏻
I know the picture is ugly but this protein packed ice cream / yogurt bowl gave me such ice cream parlor vibes 🀩 vanilla cinnamon ice cream topped with tart homemade yogurt, pureed local cherries and cacao powder πŸ˜‰ gave me Black Forest Gateau vibes as well

Leave a comment which recipe you would like me to publish first. I’m planning to publish the ice cream recipe, the fruit purΓ©es (apple and cherry), chia pudding and chocolate pudding ☺️
