We recently discovered the yummiest sheeps yogurt at the store! It’s made with full-fat sheeps yogurt which is rich in MCTS ! It’s the perfect condiment to go with meat, and makes an animal based diet more fun!

Sheeps yogurt is a great option for anyone who is intolerant to lactose or casein, and is generally well tolerated. The one we buy does not taste very sheeplike and is rich and creamy! To add some more fat, we chose to add some sour cream too! So delicious and tangy!

We chose to grate the cucumber but you can dice it too. Cucumber is fairly low in anti-nutrients, especially when peeled and deseeded, so it’s a good option for those who are sensitive!

To make you need:

6 ounces sheeps yogurt 🍦

3 tablespoons sour cream πŸ₯›

Grated cucumber πŸ₯’

Diced green onion πŸ§…

Garlic πŸ§„

Salt πŸ§‚

To make :

Finely chop the onion, peel and de seed the cucumber, grate it and stir that into the yogurt and sour cream. Add fresh grated garlic to taste, and add salt!
