Animal Based Power Lunch πŸ’ͺ🏻

Although we do make some recipes that are more labor than intensive, most of our lunches are put together in a few minutes- I like to call it the power lunch! It’s very nourishing but can be made quickly between daily activities 😌

This week- we made this combo on repeat: corn and soy free pork sausage with eggs and avocado ! So yummy and full of healthy fat and proteins πŸ™ƒ

Avocado is actually a fruit that’s relatively low on the plant toxin spectrum so we include it in moderation πŸ₯‘

To make you need:

2 pork sausage Patties πŸ”- I love Seven Sons sugar free pork sausage Pattie’s (more if you need more food)

2 eggs 🍳

1/2 avocado πŸ₯‘

Animal fat for cooking- we use bacon grease of ghee 🧈

Your favorite spices- currently loving Redmonds All Purpose Season Salt πŸ§‚

How to:

Heat up your favorite fat in a pan, and fry the pork Sausage. Usually they need about 4-5 minutes per side. When they are finished, remove them from the pan and fry up the eggs 🍳

Serve with half of an avocado sliced, and season to your liking 😝
