The miracle rice with creamy sauce gives it comfort food vibes all married together with some spices.
Itβs full of healthy fat and proteins with some plants for garnish- perfect for those on a βcarnivore ishβ diet π₯©
For One bowl you need:
8 ounces shrimp π€
Butter for searing π§
Green onion π§
Coconut milk π₯ or heavy cream
Basil πΏ
Curry powder and sea salt plus other seasoning you love
Miracle rice π
Avocado π₯ for serving
To make:
Heat up butter in a pan and sautΓ© the shrimp with the green onion π§
When itβs ready, add the coconut milk and let simmer, season and add the basil.
Lastly, add the miracle rice and garnish with the avocado π₯
You can also add sautΓ©ed zucchini π
