What’s awesome about this meal is that it’s very easy to prep in the morning for a nourishing dinner. Just throw it all into the slow cooker and enjoy 😍

To make you need:

Bone in skin on chicken thighs πŸ—about 1 pound per person

Onion πŸ§… and garlic πŸ§„ to taste

Your favorite spices- we love the Redmond Salt all purpose πŸ§‚

Sea salt πŸ§‚

How to:

Chop the onion and the garlic and place on top of the chicken thighs in the slow cooker, season with your favorite spices and cook on low for at least 8 hours πŸ˜…

When it’s ready, shred the meat off of the bone and remove the onion and garlic. Strain the broth and mix it with the meat. Enjoy with your favorite sides 😍
