Another yummy carnivore-ish recipe that seems like a treat π this is a spin on our previous carnivore pancake recipe as we are incorporating yogurt into this π¦
These are protein packed and full of healthy fats π
To make you need: 2 large pancakes
3 eggs π₯
3 scoops equip foods chocolate protein π«
6 ounces yogurtπ¦ – we love sheβs yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
Ghee or lard for searing π§
Your favorite toppings- we love butter or whipped cream
How to:
Heat up lard in a pan. While thatβs warming up, combine all the other ingredients and mix well!
Add the batter to the pan, we think larger pancakes are easier but you can make small ones too.
Bake for about 3-4 minutes per side, top them and enjoy π
