This week we tried out a new recipe- it’s still animal based although maybe not suitable for someone who is sensitive to spices- you can skip those and simply marinate in sheeps yogurt if tolerated 😍

To make you need:
1 pound cubed steak- filet or ribeye works well 🥩
1 Container sheeps yogurt 🍦- alternatively you can use grassfed A2 cows yogurt, ideally raw is available ☺️
3 tablespoons extra Virgin Olive oil 🫒
Garlic to taste 🧄
Tomato paste 🥫 or ketchup 😍
Salt, pepper, Oregano, cumin and paprika 🫑 to taste
Tallow and onion for searing 🧅
How to: ￼
A day in advance, prepare the marinade and marinade the beef cubes. To make the marinade, combined the yogurt, olive oil, tomato and the spices with the fresh garlic.
Completely cover the meat and place in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook it.
When you are ready to prepare it, heat up tallow and a pan, and start by sautéing freshly chopped onion. When the onion is ready, add in the meat and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes until you have achieved your desired doneless.
