Simple Garlic Herb Butter 🧈

This is a perfect side for anything- literally anything! Since we are an animal based household this tends to be slathered on meat, fish or eggs but I’m sure it’s just as delicious on veggies and gluten free bread πŸ₯©πŸ€ŒπŸ»

To make this you can literally use any herbs you love but I tend to stick to herbs with less anti-nutrients like basil and dill 🌿

Garlic powder and curry is of course completely optional since some people don’t do as well this those and this is just as yummy with high quality sea salt πŸ§‚

For strict carnivores, this bacon butter is delicious too!

To make you need:

Unsalted butter 🧈

Your favorite herbs 🌿

Sea salt πŸ§‚

Optionally garlic powder and curry powder 😊

How to:

Make sure your butter is at room temperature and soft! Gather up your favorite herbs, wash them and finely chop them!

You can use a mixer or a fork to blend the herbs into the soft butter. Next, add salt to taste. Now you can get experimental and add in spices like garlic or curry! Curry garlic basil is a family favorite combo!

You can place it back Into the fridge to cool and slice into pieces which comes in handy at a party, or enjoy as is !
