We recently made this yummy spread for a little get together we hosted and it was a hit! The combination of various goat cheeses herbs and cream fraiche makes this an acceptable version for those with allergies to cows casein!
To make you need:
ChΓ¨vre π§ Cream fraiche π₯ in a 1:1 ratio!
Feta to taste π§
Dill, chives and garlic π§πΏ
How to:
Finely chop the herbs, and combine the chΓ¨vre and cream fraiche. Mix together and add in crumbled feta to taste! If you want a creamier consistency you can always add more cream fraiche π if you want a smooth dip you can always blend it! Itβs really up to you!
You can serve this as part of your charcuterie spread but itβs also delicious when served with grilled fish or meat!
