Carnivorous Deviled Eggs 🍳

Another favorite we like to make when we have guests, this deviled eggs are a real crowd pleaser 😍

They are very simply made and super nutritious!

To make you need:

6 Hard boiled eggs- we do about 8 minutes πŸ₯š

A dollop of mayonnaise- we love Chosen Foods MCT Mayo because it’s seed oil free 😍

A dollop of Cream fraiche πŸ₯›

A spritz of mustard

Chives 🌿

Paprika and curry powder for optional sprinkling πŸ₯Ή

How to:

Boil your eggs for 8 minutes and let them cool. Peel the eggs and slice them in half. Carefully remove the yolks.

Next, chop the chives and combine the Mayo, cream fraiche, yolks, and mustard with the chopped chives in a bowl. Mash them together and scoop the texture back into the eggs. We usually have 2 egg white shells left over because we are quite generous with the filling!

Garnish the eggs with more chives and optionally curry or paprika powder 😍
