Ribeye bites are one of my favorite lunches! I can make them in a flash (under 10 minutes) and they are the perfect flavor explosion of crispy fat, tender meat and salt 😇 I love to call these my carnivore popcorn 🍿
To make you need:
Little chunks of ribeye (the more fat the better) 🥩
Flaked sea salt 🧂
Preheat your air fryer to 425°F. Cut your meat into little chunks and pat dry. Season heavily with sea salt and arrange on airfryer rack.
Airfry 5-8 minutes until the fat becomes crispy brown. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes. I usually add more butter when I eat it as a meal since grass fed ribeye tends to be leaner.
