Lamb&Feta Meatballs πŸ§†

Here is another super easy carnivore meatball recipe that works super well for meal prep, and is also chock full of healthy saturated fats and protein!

Lamb is one of the best sources of stearic acid which is a special saturated fatty acid that helps out mitochondria optimize energy production πŸ‘πŸ»

When it’s grassfed, it’s also very rich in omega 3 fatty acids plus it’s so delicious 🀩

To make you need:

1 lb ground lamb πŸ‘

150 g goat or sheep feta πŸ§€

Salt, garlic powder to taste πŸ§„πŸ§‚

Tallow for frying 🧈

How to:

Combine the ground lamb and crumbled feta (we chopped our block) in a bowl with salt and garlic powder!

Mix well, and form 2 ounce balls !

Heat up tallow in a pan, when it’s hot, sear the meatballs about 8-10 minutes on both side!
