This is one of my new favorite lunches since going meat-based π
Apart from the miracle noodles, this meal is completely carnivore π₯© and reminded me of spaghetti carbonara I ate as a child π₯Ή
To make you need:
6 ounces of your favorite meat (I like sliced skirt steak or ground beef) π₯©
Diced bacon π₯ (I like beef bacon)
2 eggs π₯
1 pack miracle noodles π
Sheep milk Parmesan π§
Butter π§
Flaked salt π§
How to:
Begin by frying the bacon, you can use the bacon grease to cook the remainder of the food π₯
When the bacon fat has rendered, add the chopped steak or ground meat and season with a bit of salt.
When that has browned, add in the miracle noodles and let it all come together, finally crack 2 eggs and fry.
When itβs all ready, plate the meat and noodles first and add the fried eggs on top. Grate over the sheep Parmesan (itβs especially yummy on the egg yolk).
Enjoy with butter, I love to use the cheesy eggs as a pasta sauce. Itβs so yummy π€€
