To make 1 portion you need:
1 pound of baby back ribs 🐖
Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder 🧄🧅
Optional: your favorite BBQ sauce, Primal Kitchen has some healthier options
It’s very important to remove the membrane from the rack if it has one. Next, season each side with the spices and place into the preheated oven (275 °F) for 2-2.5 hours until they fall off the bone. Make sure to cover the dish with some foil. After they are ready, Add BBQ sauce if you want and broil for 5 minutes.
