They fell off the bone π and my brother gobbled them up π«’
To make 1 portion you need:
1 pound of baby back ribs π
Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder π§π§
Optional: your favorite BBQ sauce, Primal Kitchen has some healthier options
How to:
Itβs very important to remove the membrane from the rack if it has one. Next, season each side with the spices and place into the preheated oven (275 Β°F) for 2-2.5 hours until they fall off the bone. Make sure to cover the dish with some foil. After they are ready, Add BBQ sauce if you want and broil for 5 minutes.
