Crispy Chicken Fingers πŸ“

This is actually a recipe my mom made long before we adopted a clean anti-inflammatory keto diet 🀩

She typically served these chicken fingers with peas and mashed potatoes with plenty of butter 🧈

While we don’t eat those sides anymore, we love to have these with mashed cauliflower and a snap pea stir fry πŸ™ and of course Primal Ketchup (which is sugar free)!!!

If you want to give this a chicken nugget and fries feel you can always make carrot or jicama fries and enjoy with MCT Oil Mayo 🍟

How to (2-3 portions):

2 pounds chicken breast πŸ“

2 eggs πŸ₯š

1 cup almond flour 🌰

Salt, pepper, paprika powder, onion powder πŸ§…

Duck fat for frying 🍳

How to:

Cut the breast into strips and season both sides with salt, pepper, onion and paprika powder.

Set up 2 shallow bowls: 1 with the 2 beat eggs and the other with almond flour!

Heat up duck fat in a thick layer in a large pan.

Transfer the meat into the egg bath and then into the almond flour: bread both sides and lay into the pan.

Repeat and fry each side for about 10 minutes each.
