This is a quick way to prepare salmon and veggies in one pan and is a favorite of mine for an easy lunch π
For dinner I prefer to grill the whole filet, either garlic style or Mediterranean π€© or make salmon noodles π

For one bowl you need:
Coconut oil for frying π₯₯
1 small zucchini π₯
1 bell pepper π«
Your favorite mushrooms π
Red onion π§
Cilantro πΏ
Salt, pepper and garlic powder π§
6 ounces of King Salmon π£
How to:
Heat up a liberal amount or coconut oil (or another ancestral fat) in a stainless steel pan. Finely dice the pepper, onion and zucchini and sautΓ©!
Next, season with salt, pepper, garlic and cilantro. When the veggies are browned, add the chopped mushroom.
Finally, dice the salmon filet and add it into the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes and enjoy π
