This is a quick way to prepare salmon and veggies in one pan and is a favorite of mine for an easy lunch 😋

For one bowl you need:
Coconut oil for frying 🥥
1 small zucchini 🥒
1 bell pepper 🫑
Your favorite mushrooms 🍄
Red onion 🧅
Salt, pepper and garlic powder 🧄
6 ounces of King Salmon 🍣
Heat up a liberal amount or coconut oil (or another ancestral fat) in a stainless steel pan. Finely dice the pepper, onion and zucchini and sauté!
Next, season with salt, pepper, garlic and cilantro. When the veggies are browned, add the chopped mushroom.
Finally, dice the salmon filet and add it into the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes and enjoy 😉
