Happy Wednesday! Let’s celebrate with a taco bowl 🤪
This is one of my new favorite lunch bowls and a great way to eat nose to tail 🙌🏻
For this bowl you need:
5-6 ounces of ground ancestral bison 🦬
1 package shirataki noodles 🍝
Fresh parsley 🌿
1 zucchini and some cucumber 🥒
2 cups lettuce 🥬
Orange cauliflower 🥦
Cabbage slaw 🥬
Guacamole and MCT Mayo 🥑
Airfry the zucchini and orange cauliflower with some salt at 400° for about 15 minutes.
While that’s going, sauté the cabbage slaw and the ground meat in a little pan with salt and optimally your favorite spices. Add parsley and the noodles. Let it simmer.
In a bowl, lay the lettuce and the cubes of cucumber, top with the noodle mixture and the crispy veggies and garnish with guacamole and guacamole plenty of Mayo. 😉
