Happy Weekend š summer weekends are the perfect time to throw on the grill and enjoy fresh seafood š¦ alongside grilled veggies, fresh tomato salad and plenty of dips such as guacamole and tapenade š
I was recently able to get my hands on wild caught pacific cod which is super flavorful and is full of omega 3s š

I chose to make a lemon pepper cod on the Traeger grill which blackens it very nicely š
To make 2 portions you need:
2 6 ounce cod filets š
Salt and pepper š§
Lemon juice š
Avocado or coconut oil š„š„„
How to:
Preheat your grill and brush it with oil. Season the fish with the oil of your choice, lemon juice, salt be pepper.

When the grill is hot, place the fish onto the grates and grill for about 4 minutes per side!
