This tastes great with a pasta swap or with our keto lasagna!

Making Bolognese Sauce is simple and can easily be served with a variety of dishes! When made with high quality ingredients, it is a really yummy and nourishing dish ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ

Simply sautรฉ the ground meat of your choice (beef, bison, pork, turkey, chicken, venison, or a combination) with the fat of your choice (lard or tallow work well, but ghee is yummy too)! ๐Ÿท๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿ”

Next add minced garlic and onion, oregano, salt and pepper and let them simmer ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿง„๐Ÿง‚

If you want to enhance the flavor, you can also throw in some diced carrots, celery or other veggies ๐Ÿฅ•

Lastly, add in your favorite vegetable oil free marinara sauce (we love Raos Homemade) or make your own using this recipe ๐Ÿ…

Let the sauce simmer on low for at least an hour before you enjoy the rich goodness ๐Ÿ˜
