Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce πŸ’πŸ‹

Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce πŸ’πŸ‹
As promised here is the simple recipe that can be enjoyed with your favorite holiday meals (or year round 😜)
My mom loves to eat it on @unbunfoods toast or homemade soft gingerbread with a big wallop of @lewisroadusa butter πŸžπŸ˜‹πŸ§ˆ

To make simple gather up πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³
Cranberries (frozen or fresh both work) πŸ’
Fresh lemon or lime juice to taste πŸ‹
@madhavafoods allulose to taste (this is a sugar found in some fruits that is not metabolized by the body as sugar so blood sugar is not affected). We have also used monkfruit extract which world just as well! πŸ§‚

If you’re planning to enjoy this as a jam you could also experiment with adding spices like vanilla or cinnamon πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Next, let the cranberries simmer until they pop on the stove on low heat. You may need to add water so that they don’t burn. Cranberries naturally contain pectin so you won’t need to add any thickeners but you can always add @bulletproof collagen/ gelatin if you’d like a super gooey sauce 😊

Once you have the desired consistency you can add lemon juice and sweetener until you get the taste you like. If you want a smooth spread, you can always purΓ©e it but I like chunks πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

The spread can be kept in the fridge but it also freezes well πŸ‘»
